Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Even Flow LLC websites, legal pages, advertising-management tools, and related materials, including the Even Flow AdsKit Meta application.
Acceptance
By accessing our websites or using our tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the websites or tools.
Authorized use
Even Flow AdsKit and related advertising-management tools are intended for authorized operators acting on behalf of Even Flow LLC or another permitted business owner. You may use the tools only if you have the necessary authority, platform permissions, and legal right to manage the relevant ad accounts, Pages, Instagram accounts, creative assets, and campaigns.
Platform rules
You are responsible for complying with applicable third-party platform terms and policies, including Meta's terms, advertising standards, developer policies, and business tools terms, as well as Eventbrite or other destination-platform rules when applicable.
Advertising campaigns and spend
Advertising tools can create or modify live advertising resources. Campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets, and statuses should be reviewed carefully before activation. Even Flow LLC is not responsible for unauthorized use of your credentials, incorrect campaign configuration by an operator, platform rejection, ad delivery results, or advertising spend approved through third-party platforms.
Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for protecting your own accounts, access tokens, passwords, devices, and local credential storage. Do not share access tokens except through approved platform mechanisms. Configuration exports should not contain tokens or local authentication state.
Content and creative assets
You are responsible for ensuring that any text, images, video, links, claims, trademarks, names, likenesses, or other materials used in campaigns are accurate, lawful, properly licensed, and compliant with applicable advertising rules.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use our websites or tools to:
- violate law or third-party rights;
- access ad accounts or assets without authorization;
- circumvent platform review, security, or spending controls;
- upload malicious code or interfere with service operation;
- misrepresent your identity, authority, or relationship to a business.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee ad approval, delivery, impressions, clicks, conversions, sales, ticket purchases, audience quality, return on ad spend, or uninterrupted platform availability.
Third-party services
Our websites and tools may link to or integrate with third-party services such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Eventbrite, Cloudflare, and other providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, terms, policies, or availability.
Intellectual property
Even Flow LLC retains its rights in its names, materials, pages, software, documentation, and related intellectual property. You retain rights you already have in your own lawful content and materials.
Disclaimer
The websites and tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Even Flow LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, ad spend, or platform penalties arising from or related to use of the websites or tools.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Even Flow LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the websites or tools, your campaign materials, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
