This Privacy Policy explains how Even Flow LLC handles information in connection with its websites, advertising activity, and the Even Flow AdsKit Meta application.

Scope
This policy applies to:
- public pages hosted on
evenflow.fit; - advertising campaigns managed by Even Flow LLC;
- the Even Flow AdsKit Meta application, which is used by authorized operators to manage Meta advertising assets for Even Flow LLC.
This policy does not cover third-party websites or services that we do not control, including Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Eventbrite, Cloudflare, or other linked services. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Information we collect
We may collect or process the following categories of information:
- Contact information, such as a name or email address, if you choose to contact us.
- Advertising and campaign information, such as campaign names, creative assets, ad copy, audience settings, Page IDs, Instagram account IDs, ad account IDs, campaign IDs, ad set IDs, ad IDs, campaign status, budget settings, and performance metrics available through Meta advertising tools.
- Meta API access information, such as access tokens used by authorized operators. These tokens are stored locally in the operator's system Keychain or equivalent secure storage and are not intentionally published or included in exported configuration packages.
- Website technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request logs, and basic analytics or security logs created by hosting and infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare.
How we use information
We use information to:
- create, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot advertising campaigns;
- connect ads to appropriate Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and destination URLs;
- measure advertising performance and improve campaign setup;
- secure, maintain, and debug our tools and websites;
- respond to questions, requests, or support needs;
- comply with applicable legal, platform, or security requirements.
Meta platform data
The Even Flow AdsKit Meta application is intended for use by authorized operators acting on behalf of Even Flow LLC. It accesses Meta advertising resources only as permitted by the operator's Meta permissions and the assets assigned inside Meta Business tools.
We do not use Meta platform data to sell personal information. We do not intentionally use Meta platform data for purposes unrelated to managing or analyzing Even Flow LLC advertising.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers or platforms that help us operate our advertising and websites, including Meta, Cloudflare, Eventbrite, and technical service providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for advertising operations, business records, security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or platform requirements. Local operator tokens may be removed by deleting the relevant local authentication profile or Keychain entry.
Your choices
You may contact us at yevgetman@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information we control. Some information may be controlled by third-party platforms such as Meta or Eventbrite, in which case you may need to use those platforms' privacy tools directly.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our tools and advertising-management services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above indicates the latest version.
